Baked fish with green beans

Baked fish with Green Beans is a clean eating dish that is easy to prepare!

    1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
    2. Using kitchen papers, pat dry the fillets and place on a baking pan.
    3. Spread oil on fish and sprinkle with the seasoning. Flip fish over and do the same on the other side.
    4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    5. While the fish is cooking, prepare the green beans.
    6. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
    7. Snap ends off green beans, rinse them, and place in the boiling water.
    8. Boil for 5 minutes then drain off the water.
    9. Place the green beans in a wide pan and add butter, garlic powder, salt and crushed red pepper.
    10. Stir for just a minute or two to coat the green beans with the butter and spices. And finish it with a squeeze of lemon.
    11. Serve each filet with some green beans a side.

Ingredients

Fish:
6 Tilapia fillets
¼ cup oil
Fish seasoning (1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. fish spice, 1 tsp. garlic powder)

Green beans:
500 grams fresh green beans
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
